The link below connects to the pictures of butchering and sausage making. We cut up meat today and made sausages, which we will enjoy eating through the winter, but some of you may not want to see the process. It was great and an interesting way to spend an afternoon. I find it interesting that we are so individualistic in North America, when doing life together is so much better. We do so much on our own. Living out here, people do a lot of "living" together. We butcher together, make sausages together, make maple syrup together, and sometimes even potluck/eat together. I love it! Now for a barn raising!

That is great!! I am second on that list for sausage, I love deer sausage. It looks like you had an awesome time, I agree with you. I like the "living" together in the community sense of the word too. Very good.
